Register for Tournament

To register for a tournament please fill out the eForm below. Once the form is submitted, the team captain will be contacted by a member of the Dub's Dread Staff to arrange for payment. If you would prefer, you may always contact our proshop (913-871-7616) to register or find out more information about a tournament.

Required fields are denoted with a red border (NOTE: The Gold Dust Two Ball Championship is only a two person tournament).
