Upstairs Bar Room
The private room off of Bar8101 comfortably seats 35-40 guests. It can be rented for sporting events, meetings, fantasy drafts, and many other parties. The space starts at $250.00 and includes set up, clean up, and 1 bartender. All beverages must be purchased through Bar8101. Bar packages range from open bar, cash bar, or partial open bar depending on your preference. A bar minimum of $250.00 must be met during your event or an hourly rate of $25.00 will be added to your invoice. Outside catering can be brought in at no upcharge and is our preferred practice.
Downstairs Banquet Hall
The downstairs banquet hall comfortably seats up to 180 guests and has direct access to our lower east parking lot. While the space is generally used for golf tournament presentations, it can also be used for reunions, receptions, and other large gatherings. The space starts at $1,500.00 and includes set up, clean up and 1 bartender depending on invite size. All beverages must be purchased through Bar8101. Bar packages range from open bar, cash bar, or partial open bar depending on your preference. A bar minimum of $500.00 must be met during your event or an hourly rate of $25.00 will be added to your invoice. Outside catering can be brought in at no upcharge and is our preferred practice. This space is subject to availability as its primary use is golf tournaments.
*Both event spaces can opt for additional bartenders at a rate of $150.00 per.
